The room service at the hotel was excellent. The staff was prompt and efficient in delivering anything we needed. The availability of hot water throughout our stay was a major advantage, especially during the colder evenings. Another positive aspect was the peaceful atmosphere of the property. It was free from excessive noise, allowing for a relaxing and tranquil stay.
The hotel lacked Wi-Fi connectivity. This was a major downside for us, as we needed internet access for various purposes during our trip.

The location of the resort is great, as it is free from excess noise disturbance. the rooms are well managed and the staff is very friendly and cooperative, offering good room service. the bathroom is clean and hot water is always available. the receptionists can speak multiple languages, including Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, and English. the Wi-Fi may not be available, but the overall service and facilities make up for it.
The Wi-Fi service is not available, which can be a drawback for some guests.

Great room service and very well managed rooms. the location is peaceful and quiet, without any excess noise disturbance. the staff at the reception are efficient in multiple languages and very friendly and co-operative. Even though wifi is not available, it was nice to disconnect and enjoy the surroundings.
The lack of wifi may not be suitable for everyone, and some may find it inconvenient to be without it. Apart from that, staff could have been a little more attentive at times and not waited until called upon to assist guests.
